About Kenosis Foundation

Kenosis Foundation (KF) began its mission in 2010, and was established in late 2013 in Bangalore city, Karnataka state, south part of India as a registered not for profit trust (NGO). The Foundation aims to help young women who are single mothers, widows, victims of abuse and living with unsupported and alcoholic husbands. The Foundation also supports orphaned and underprivileged children. Projects include providing formal education for children, after school programmes, food security, sustainable income through donating cows, goats and chickens, microcredit interest free loans, microfinance to start small businesses such as selling fruit and vegetables, flowers, clothes etc, community college for dropout and underprivileged youth, giving employment skills training and job placement, NVC leadership training and development programmes in schools.
